The pool area was great and the room was spotlessly clean. The restaurant was great too.
The reception staff were not overly informative or friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were great.

They did not even recognize that I booked this hotel through your website. Had to rebook all over again upon arrival in Ecuador. Not good. Not good at all.

Fine views and nice amenities, but the carpeting felt outdated and worn.

I really did not like anything but the view of the city was nice. but windows could be opened and you can climb out on to balcony, Which means some one could climb in. It was scary to me
No coffee maker ,refrigerater, blow dryer in room. I did not feel safe at all. Bed was very hard . It was a very depressing not so clean room. I would never return.

People are very courteous and smiling. Our room has a view on the mountain and it was just paradise. In the morning we went to the gym of the hotel and after in the swimming pool warm and beautiful. I had a massage and I really appreciated it. The food at their restaurant is excellent and so the service. We recommand this hotel.
We have no complaint, everything was perfexct for us.

It's a great property, with lots of amenities! Loved the gym, pool, spa, room and large bathroom. It's a great location
Paola who checked me in seemed like she couldn't care. Initially she said wait, and when my reservation arrived fr Booked.net, she'd check me in. She forgot. She didn't give me the room I bought/upgraded too, and was unconcerned about my concern.

The Superior Twin Room was nice and well-equipped. The views from the balcony were fine, which I loved. The beds were comfortable enough, but the room felt a bit small for our needs. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great, although it took a bit to get the temperature right. A pleasant stay with clean accommodations and lovely views!

The rooms along the back of the Hotel have a spectacular view of the valley east of north-central Quito and the Hotel boasts a good Gym/Exercise room, a fine restaurant, a Casino, and the staff is eager to please. Shuttles/Taxis to and from the airport are no more than $8.
The bathrooms are small and a little older than I would like...but they are kept clean by the staff. Also, there is no coffemaker in the room.

The views were specutacular ... The gyn was very antiquated. I can not believe many people would pay $60 a month to be a member. My gym in USA is 6 times as big, with modern equipment, personal trainers, exercise rooms, cycling rooms, free-weights and machine weights, and maybe 70 other machines. If the hotel reduced the cost to $35 a month, with a little publicity, it could probably triple its membership ... and be able to afford more decent equipment ...
The first person I dealt with my first morning at the front desk was not pleasant nor helpful ... She was a bit arrogant - and I probably make at least 10 times as much as she does!
